I own a cleaning business & have used Mequon Vac for over 15 years. Sandy is always nice, honest & helpful in my repairs (I tend to abuse my vacs). Repairs may sometimes be a little pricier than doing myself but there is great comfort & peace of mind that it will be done right the first time w/Mequon Vac (as opposed to me doing)! Jennifer S.Always pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful even with the smallest issues. Two recent visits, one with a broken cord bracket for my Panasonic upright and one with a Panasonic canister. The upright was fixed for a few $ with a retro fit generic part that I installed and works great now. They could have ordered a rather expensive part. The canister needing a new foam filter and getting the large cover back in place which had come off. I was charged $5 for the filter only.
